Terms of Service

Last updated October 27, 2026

These terms cover The Hockey Pool App, The Basketball Pool App, The Racing Pool App, The Gridiron Pool App, The Clubhouse Pool App, Card Checklist and the other Fantasy Pools apps, along with fantasypools.app and the shared account service at accounts.fantasypools.app (together, “Fantasy Pools”). Fantasy Pools is run by 10495859 Canada Ltd in British Columbia, Canada (“we”, “us”). By making an account or using Fantasy Pools you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with your information.

Your account

The game is free

Playing in leagues and pools is free and always will be. Fantasy Pools never takes entry fees or pays out prizes, and we don't take bets. If people in a pool arrange money between themselves, that's outside Fantasy Pools: we're not part of it and not responsible for it, and you're responsible for following the law where you live.

Plus

Refunds

We don't refund partial months or periods. A yearly plan can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of being charged: email [email protected]. Where the law where you live gives you more, it applies.

Odds, advice and other information

Win chances, odds, player and card values, stories, injury news and the advice features (such as Assistant GM, Race Engineer and Caddie's Picks) come from outside sources and our own calculations. They're for fun and information only: they can be late or wrong, and they're not betting, financial or any other professional advice. Fantasy Pools has no connection to any sportsbook.

What you post

Leagues, teams and trademarks

Fantasy Pools isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any league, players' association, tour, team or card maker. Their names and marks belong to their owners and appear only to describe the real games and cards our pools follow.

Changes and availability

We keep improving Fantasy Pools, so features can change, and we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. If we ever close an app you've paid Plus for, we'll refund the unused part of your plan. Fantasy Pools is provided “as is”, and to the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for anything to do with it is limited to what you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and of Canada that apply there. Nothing in them takes away rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.

Changes to these terms

We'll post any changes here with a new date. If a change matters to you (for example, to how Plus is billed), we'll tell you before it applies.
